Before calling the help line please check the help section or manual for your software. If you cannot find the answer there please contact us.
Remote Support
We can connect to your PC to provide remote support via our TeamViewer software.
Please right click on the image below and then select Open Link.
This will take you to the Teamviewer home page
Select Join a Session (on the left hand side of the page.) Run the small application and give our technician the ID and Password
Hardware
Please carry out the following before calling our help line.
Intra oral cameras
Please read your operators manual for the hardware in question then:
-
Check all electrical connections and cable connections.

If you are using the Digital Doc or Durr wireless camera please make sure the channel on the receiver matches your camera channel and the battery is fully charged

If you are using a camera connected directly to your computer please check the video or usb cable is connected to the computer.
Digital X ray
Schick CDR Sensors.
- If your sensor is not recognised then close down the software and disconnect the USB cable and Sensor from the remote.
- Reconnect the sensor and USB cable and restart the software.
Check the usb cable connection then goto Programs/Durr/Vistaconfig/Vistascan config.
This will open a control panel for the scanner. Select Test Communication in the center of the screen.
